In small startups, founders are actively involved in product strategy. So the priorities change very quickly. Depends on the founder whether it's a rocketship or sinking ship
It means they have mood swings and will tell you to do the opposite thing after 2 hours and they expect you to follow like a good little salary slave.
Atleast their expectations are clear. If someone still joins and cribs about it, God bless them.
