Just like in the US, is it hard for folks to get matching opps if they are ex-FAANG/Microsoft etc? If yes, is the pay matched?

Question more for engineering roles- if theyve worked in the big names how hard is it to find similar pay/opporunities in startups or compnies which arent at that level in India?
