Please try not to glorify just doing your own thing. Do it because you want to make a difference to something or someone.

Thanks @SabChangaSi for this.

Anyway, we have now become our thing. Certainly, our push is towards creating a world where everyone wakes up and leaves for work with a big😇

Reading through your 10th Feb note and about the spiritual journey. Spiritual growth isn’t a linear but a spiral curve. Congratulations. What are you building? - are your co-founder(s) equally spiritual? How many co-founders are there?

GigglyLlama
GigglyLlama

Thank you🙌. I didn't mention the journey yet I guess, sir @SharpOmelet.

We are Building recruitment solution for recruiters/hiring managers to build their top line of most suitable and available candidates for jobs.

My cofounders are passionate about what we are building. We have a common belief that talent discovery is a major problem in india for companies. And putting the right people at the right place will benefit all.

Celebrate the non employee mindset as most of us here are conditioned for being an employee.

Entrepreneur mindset has very high risk and low probability of reward, due to sustainable cashflows.

Both employee and entrepreneur mindset burns out.

GigglyLlama

Sir, I am sorry but I am unable to understand what are you exactly trying to say @Tech8

JumpyJellybean
JumpyJellybean

Its is hard to quit from jobs and go onto entrepreneurial journey.

For employee addiction is salary, for entrepreneur its cashflows.
One is credited regularly end of month with investment of skills and time Cashflows comes with other risks, which doesn't bother employee

Um.. what do you mean by 'spiritual'?

GigglyLlama
GigglyLlama

Hey @tenxengineer thanks for engaging.

Well, I have always enjoyed what I have worked on. And I feel my work has opened so many avenues for me. I strongly feel my work is my key to explore spirituality.

GroovyPretzel

Good luck, it's very important for people to like where they are doing, which is what I believe to be the key for delivering productive work without getting burnt out.

But I still didn't understand what does this have to do with spiritual or spirituality. May I know how do you define the word spirituality? I'd love to know what exactly are you trying to explore through your work.

Sounds very romantic. However, you need to have some directions as to what you want to achieve and what steps you need to take. When you don’t have job, your so-called friends will abandon you. Also, time will pass very fast. You need to be aware of these things and need a sense of urgency to execute your game plan. All the best.

Romantic! Not bad, I do have written a few poem. Wanna read? Also, thank you for sharing your concern sir @Inquisitive.

You seem someone with some experience sir, BTW my friends have been rock solid all this time, and past few months have been great.

hey @Nobody11 , best of luck. A couple of questions, if you would be happy to answer. If not, please ignore and sorry it I offend you in any way.

  1. what's the startup about?
  2. how are you doing financially? I mean how much do you have in savings/investments?
  3. what kind of education do you have and from what kind of colleges (I mean tier 1/2...)
  4. what triggered this? age, financial independence, belief in the idea, dissatisfaction from job?
  5. how would you find the correct people? do you have friends who'll contribute?
  6. are you married? if yes, does your partner agrees?

great handwriting. Shows someone who is strong, firm, decisive, straightforward, self-critical, creative & artistic, Often puts self through criticism and have a "do the right thing" bar. Positive & motivated. Could have a little bit of OCD, slightly insecure about self, some unsolved heartbreaks/pains, feels have not been treated fairly many times over.

am sure you must have got many "good handwriting" appreciations through the years.

Good luck to you fellow person! Onwards and upwards and conquer all that you wish always.

I don't reckon scoring extra marks for handwriting though🥺

Anyway, apko baba bulaon ya ACP padyuman sir @MasterShifu. Yeah, I feel acknowledging the pain is important, it puts you on the right track. Most importantly don't do the wrong thing🫡
