Just completed MBA from tier-2 college. Any suggestions how to find a job and start career? Also, are there any valuable certifications which would ease my hunt?

Tier 2 colleges doesn’t have so decent placement. If someone goes for of-campus placement. what would be chance of getting a decent paying job.
