Firstly, there's no team as product team.
Product managers are hired to lead/build teams atleast at Juspay.
Work is pretty exciting with many technical challenges. Juspay also takes coding round for PMs sometimes.
Work life balance is good but mostly depends on your team.
Have heard that PMs in Juspay are more like Engineering managers because of very high interface with developers?
How is the learning in domain of product management?
Didn't understand your question. If you're a product owner you'll definitely have much learnings while building products. And it's not like engineering managers, PMs job role include checking in with every team there. Engineering, business, design, OPs. Jack of all trades.
