You missed out considering your family, kids and parents ,how things are with them. After a point of time family matters a lot and their happiness matters, because that's what we earn for, so they can be happy and comfortable

I didn't get your thoughts clearly, could you please explain little bit more, by the way thank you

Simple answer but difficult to implement always, if you see potential opportunities in current Org, you can stay back as I see considering AVP with 30.5 still has opportunity to go till 35 which will be 30 % approx, but bad thing is even if you give your best, there is still less probability to reach 35 in next 2 years. And if you switch to Standard and if you find your work life balance is not as good as HSBC you will not be happy, though you getting good salary digits at end of the month, so prioritize which is your need now ????..money or more work life balance, job security( myth) etc...and chosse it and dont think of it. I will try to give my example for same situation, i choose money over work life balance and all back im 2018, and when i joined new org, for first 6-7 months, was always regretting my decision only thing satisfies me salary i am getiting in my account as money was priority for me that time, but now in current year, i will always give priority to work life balance little more over money unless I see I will get both in new org.

Thanks for your response sir 😊
