JOB VS MCA

Currently i am in my final year of BCA and I have one year with me to either get a job or internship or prepare for NIMCET (entrance for mca in NIT). My doubt is whether i should spare 3 years just for the brand value of NIT tag or gain experience in a job. In a ideal situation if a get a good package of 20 lpa after 3 years of MCA ,will i be able to match the same package in 3 years without masters. My skills are average,still working on it.
