Hey guys , I have been in Qualcomm for quite long and trying to switch from past 1 year. Gave 20-25 interviews in different companies like Google ,Microsoft, Cisco, cadence but got rejected. I’m so disappointed and scared to give interview now, but I desperately want a switch in my career from Qualcomm to any other company, so can you please help me with the suggestions like how to get referrals and interview preparations .
I’m in embedded software validation and lost touch with interview preparation because I did long back and I think I am underpaid quite lot because of the late promotion cycle and it’s also I want hybrid or a fully remote kind of office culture.
My gf was in Qualcomm , i tried so hard to get into Qualcomm but never heard back from hr team . Now mera breakup ho gya , now I don’t even hear back from ex 🙃
