Job switch again or go for masters

Hi, 2023 cs grad working as an ml scientist 1st job, analytical services company 8l fixed ,12ctc(worked for 6 months and then switched) 2nd job series a saas startup 16.35l all fixed (worked for 10 months and then switched) 3rd job, ai cybersecurity unicorn 32.5l fixed 37 ctc (bonus+esops which are paper money) Had a remote offer from autodesk but they lowballed me so had to join this unicorn I think I have made multiple switches in the past 1.5yrs of my total experience and I need to settle the f down although I still struggle with getting good wlb and core ml work which is difficult in the Indian companies I might have to wait for 2yrs to get a 100% hike again as all of my switches have been 100% on base pay(didn't settle for lowballed offers from faang/bigtech) So I am confused whether I should go for masters or look for a switch after 2 yrs? Problem with switch is that getting core ml work in india is difficult and even if u get I don't want to pay taxes to a govt which doesn't do any benefit to the ppl

Work for a little while more, and then apply directly.
All of UK, Singapore, All of EU (everyone except US) offer work visa, and yours is a high demand field.

If you wanna go to US, go for MS. Your work exp here will be helpful in scoring a job there.

How do I know which company is sponsoring work visa for that role?
