Job security at MSCI

Hows the job security at MSCI India, ESG division.

I am evaluating an opportunity and need inputs as many online posts and reviews mention a major concern about job security and their hire and fire policy.

Does MSCI do a regular rigorous firing every year? Is job security actually a major concern?

They dont hire and fire. Was with them for over 2 yrs. Co is growing in double digits YoY. ESG role with MSCI is baap of all. Go for it.
