I have received two offers one from tcs and one from Bt both packages are same which 24 lpa including bonus for 7.3 years experince and my current salary is 18.32 including bonus please suggest me which company i can choose for sap pi po and cpi roles

Don't settle for less, you can get more if you know CPI and TPM well, as there is huge requirement. BT is building new team, there can be learning for you.
TCS you can save it for later once you reach 40+mark.
