Past: I was working previously at a startup in Frontend but got laid off because of office politics and funding issue. Joined as fresher with 9 months internship exp in Mar 2023. Laid off in April 2024. Previous CTC: 13 LPA Fixed: 10.5LPA, Bonus: 2.5LPA(Got 100% of it)
Exp: 1.1 yr Full time + 9 months Internship Current Offer: 18LPA Fixed: 17LPA Variable: 1LPA
I joined few days back because I didn't want to wait for too long as Jobless. Gave 45+ interviews to get this offer.
Should I look for more Inhand and Esops or I can settle here for next 2 years? Team is really good and helpful. Also my Manager is very good and team says you can't find better manager than him.
You can start applying from now itself if you feel you can get more. You need to have a valid reason on why you're changing so soon. No need to wait till 2 years unless there are other reasons.
