Job Offer Review - SWE Frontend
Hi Grapeviners, I got an offer from a fast growing series A startup in bengaluru. Let me know if this is a good offer or should I look for more offers.
Past: I was working previously at a startup in Frontend but got laid off because of office politics and funding issue. Joined as fresher with 9 months internship exp in Mar 2023. Laid off in April 2024. Previous CTC: 13 LPA Fixed: 10.5LPA, Bonus: 2.5LPA(Got 100% of it)
Exp: 1.1 yr Full time + 9 months Internship Current Offer: 18LPA Fixed: 17LPA Variable: 1LPA
I joined few days back because I didn't want to wait for too long as Jobless. Gave 45+ interviews to get this offer.
Should I look for more Inhand and Esops or I can settle here for next 2 years? Team is really good and helpful. Also my Manager is very good and team says you can't find better manager than him.
