Job Change in product management
Hi folks recently made transition as a product manager from marketing.My CTC is way below below market.
Have spent around 8 months in the current company as a PM started giving interviews last week got 6 calls about to successfully convert one of them with many more companies lined up.
Have been asking for 100% hike for salary correction as per market standards but companies are not even ready to give even 50% hike.
Have you guys been facing the same issue ?

Just pick the best role you can find, and look for good company culture. When the tide turns, you can jump to companies with larger hikes or ask for more comp at the same company.
