It's always survival of fittest and situation worsens due to population in our country. New retirement age in private sector unofficially eill be 40 years. Upskilling and finding multiple source of income can help anyone sustain. For today's 20s, this unofficial retirement age can be 35+. Irony is avg.life span is increasing. A lot needs to change for sure.
