For the past 8 months, I’ve been actively searching for jobs, but my applications are not being viewed, with many remaining in a pending state. Despite revising my resume multiple times and applying for roles that closely align with my current experience, I haven’t received any acknowledgment or response.
Have applied for more than 800 roles at approximately 650+ companies in the past 6 months. Yet no reply. What possibly can be wrong? A rejection response would also help an applicant feel heard!
