job after layoff

I was impacted by recent layoffs at walmart. Got 2 offers, Flipkart- but very little raise to what i had at walmart zepto- good raise My only concern is if the work culture at zepto is fine. Help me choose

What I have heard is that the work culture in general is toxic, long working hours with little work life balance, calls getting setup at 1am (not a one off case but a frequent thing)
