ITC has a hire and fire culture. The company has become very toxic place to work in the last 2 years. They have 60 day bench policy and you will be asked to resign on the 50th day. I knew a team which worked on a niche project and delivered. Everyone from that team left as no one appreciated their work.
Some senior management also screams and abuses in the workplace.
