Is your company hiring for freshers?

I’ve been hearing some rumours in my organization and apparently, they are making changes to ensure that anyone who cannot keep up can be released in potentially upcoming layoffs.

I don’t want to jump to conclusions too early, but I am kind of scared and would like to know if the market has any opportunities to explore if things go south here in the next few months.

I am a fresher with almost 6 months of experience in a telecom-based company. My skill set consists of Python, JavaScript, Java, RPA tools, Unix/Bash, SQL (basic), etc. Currently, I am handling a client project and working on automating certain tasks/operations internally via python scripting.

If not opportunities, then any advice about how to handle this situation or what to learn skill-wise etc., would be much appreciated. 😭🙏
