Is this an effect of Public Listing?
This is based on an analysis of 24 K reviews on iPhone & Android phones between Jan to Nov 2023 conducted by Clootrack. The results though look a lot skewed as Zomato outperforms Swiggy by 3-4X in every parameter, How do you look at these results, Do you agree with this analysis?

Feels like bad data analysis by inc 42 team. Or clooktrack. Not all reviews mention each of these parameters and hence how this has been weighted needs to be clarified. Also how the f is food quality on zomato 3x Better than Swiggy?? Both are platforms and should ideally be nearest in this.
When you are public and your shares are going down so you pay the media houses to create your repo and show the competition as low as possible. I think inc42 should make all zero for Swiggy as they have not paid them.
True. But Swiggy is moving towards bad customer service with poor interactions on chat and email as they have reduced flexibility in policy. So I'd agree to that 0.5 score. (Not saying Zomato's any better)
Zomato share will perform really well. Take a screenshot of this comment and come back two-three years later
Biased and incorrect comparison. The comparison is way off! Swiggy is behind but not to this extent. For instance, most of the time you’ll get more discounts in Swiggy than Zomato but here it’s just the opposite.
I have preferred Swiggy over Zomato for the last 2-3 years because of better discounts & logistics. Recently, switched to Zomato because of Everyday!
Agreed. Preferred Swiggy, now moved to Zomato but for another reason. Lack of customer service and strict policies.
Bad data analysis by Inc42. Almost everyone agrees that Swiggy has better logistics, lower MOV for free delivery and better deals along with many excellent Swiggy exclusive restaurants.
Swiggy gives almost always better discounts although in recent few weeks I think Zomato has taken the lead but personally I think UX of Swiggy is much better and also their Swiggy HDFC card is also quite lucrative.
Many people I know use Swiggy only and keep Zomato for backup. The after sale service is also good and whenever there was an issue it was from restaurant side only.
At least in Bangalore I feel Swiggy delivers faster, but Zomato is often cheaper (more discounts). Honestly as a user they’re both OP! That said, Zomato recently moved to AI bots and that has made my experience much worse - they just say random things and piss you off as a user.
Swiggy doesn't have reviews yet and just relies on stars. That's my sole problem with it. I do think Zomato's UI is marginally better but not enough to pay higher for the food.

Swiggy sometimes has bad experience, like delay in delivery sometimes 30-45 mins
But I’ve found Swiggy Value for money. Also, instamart is an add-on with Swiggy One. Zomato Gold no longer provides free delivery with Blink it.
