I've heard that Elxsi is requiring everyone to take an internal test and will terminate anyone who doesn't score at least 40%. Is this true?

Tata Elxsi is a design and technology-based company based out of Bangalore. It is doing quite well with forecasted earnings of 13.1% and revenue of 12.2% per annum, respectively. The earnings per share is also expected to have a growth of 13.1%. As of now, there is no information on Tata Elxsi layoff.
