Is there growth in RPA?

Hey folks, I recently completed 1 year as an RPA developer with a MNC.

I'm actually liking the job but I was wondering if there is any future scope in this? A team member of mine just switched with 15 LPA offer and they have 2 yrs of experience.

Also, what other tools should I learn for better opportunities?
