TL,DR; Toxic culture full of politics.
A friend worked there. They hired her for the developer role but ended up working as a System Engineer which is completely different profile and support kind of job. They never changed her profile. Also her manager sucked.
My ex Colleague works there, they said it’s the worst place ever! Toxic culture at the best!
Not good for guys, Top performers may get lesser than ladies
The culture of the organisation has changed. A lot of the typical Indian manager behaviour is present. So, if you can find out who your possible team mates are, best to ask them if your reporting manager falls under that category. Otherwise, it’s a decent place.
