Is SAP Hana good to do after B.Com ?

Hey guys , my brother completed b.com recently ( preparing for govt exams along it since 2 yrs) , looking for option B if it fails to get govt job . So asking , Is SAP hana a good skill to do ( it's scope , learning source / offline or online / certification/ how to apply) or else he should try another thing ??

SAP HANA is good. Make sure first if you are planning to push him to Functional or Technical resource Functional makes more sense as he would not have coding skills. Go for SAP SD, MM and he will grow eventually.
