How is Revolut Strat & Ops role? It's Glassdoor rating is good but ambitionbox rating sucks.

Infamous for hire and fire. They have performance review every quarter. If you dont do good in KPI for 2 months you are put on pip for 3rd and they will decide your stay at the end of 3rd. I am yet to meet anyone who has worked as a support specialist ( fin crime agent, tl ) there for more than a year. Not sure about other roles.
They pay well. A 1.5 total yoe man from my team asked 8.5 lpa got 10 instead for support specialist. 40 bank holidays. Plus 15 months pay every quarter. TL are cool. Some workflow like crypto SAR are less established and have less stability.
PS. Next time try to be more specific what you are asking about. Good company wrt what? HR, PM, SS, Marketing, or investing ? Why do you ask, and what exactly do you want to know is important for your answer.
Iām still curious as to why they havenāt officially launched in India yet. They just hired a ceo for their Indian division a couple of years ago.
