I don't think people always need a 10 mins delivery and Giants should be competing on delivery times.

VCs are funding in, companies are raising but does a customer really needs this in such short span of time?

Quick commerce surely is a requirement but so quick is the real case? And that too sometimes charging so hefty at times?

The main hypotheses being tested by these companies are:

customers are ready to pay for convenience wherever there are issues with distance to the shop, vehicle parking and small consumable purchases.

It's not so much about the time but more on getting unplanned purchases fast. Consider a tradeoff between effort, time and cost. Whoever has a luxury of any one of these factors would not be the target segment of these companies.
