Is OpenAI really making a new browser?
Saw on Twitter about OpenAI possibly working on a new browser and I’m super curious about it.
Imagine if OpenAI really drops a browser, it could totally shake things up, right? Or it could just be another Arc browser lol.
On one hand, OpenAI has been doing some amazing stuff with AI and machine learning, so a browser from them could be mind blowing. Like, imagine having built-in AI that helps you browse smarter, learn faster, and maybe even recommends content based on your interests.

Idk man building a browser from scratch is hard. Every new browser in the past few years has been a chromium copy paste. Not to mention a browser itself isn't sufficient these days. You need extension support - adblock, tab manager, password manager etc. Convincing devs to build extensions for your new browser with 0.1% market share instead of chrome is hard.
Exactly, unless MSFT can push it hard on Windows
