I am a junior product manager. Will this short stint create problems for further opportunities?

Don’t value yourself with your years of work-ex but the quality of work and the others will start seeing it that way too. And bro “you’re a PM not a junior PM” take pride it else this role isn’t cut out for you. You had the guts to take this big decision in 2 months and that’s a big decision and showcases that you aren’t afraid to take hard calls. If I were you I would position this instance in my behavioural round as my strength for sure.

No, just don't mention it in your resume. That work ex isn't going to add anything and if asked, just say you took some time off to travel.
