My manager clearly told me- no hike for two years
I am working almost 11 hours everyday
Old tech stack. No one use this outside.

If not hike for 2 years then how much OCI can offer. I am having 13 years exp . Any range? What is tech stack OCI work , it’s cloud right so Java/SpringBoot/Microservices, is these are not used

It depends how much you’re getting. Don’t expect hike for min 2 years from joining year (it can extend as well 🙂) Work culture: can be lengthy working hours (depends on team) Growth : after sometime or I will say after 1 year it’s stagnant.
