came across a product role focusing on collections, requirement is of a professional with 2+ years of experience. my point is do these fuckers even know what collections mean ? how exactly a guy who keeps raising jira tickets is going to help collect money from some tier 2/3 city. do they even know log kaate leke baith te hai, collection agent b maar kha k aaate hai?

Boss collection isnt something which you can just leave on a pm and expect to get it fixed. Collectionns is hard and manual, one can automate a few processes within collection but if your debt has reached 90+ then no amount of automation can fix it,
