Is it that time when HR starts ghosting?

Received calls from 5 different organisations and all 5 ghosted. This includes major companies like Target, Meesho, Uber. 30 day notice period. Not really sure what could be the reason.

Why would they give a call then? Talked about responsibilities, expectations and everything. Atleast they could have told the reason for why they wouldn't move forward. Now they don't pick up the calls

That means they found someone better than you or just did not create an impression for them to remember and respond.
We make several calls a day to several candidates. It’s humanly impossible to respond to everyone.
