Is it possible to move to abroad from India and settle there ?

I have like 2.8 years of experience in tech industry and I have recently joined as an application engineer L4 at amazon like 3 months back i thought I can jump to abroad from here but I heard that only L5 L6 can try and I'm also thinking to switch to non tech program manager role(because I'm not so good or confident to try for sde roles) and try abroad? Is it good idea or bad decision to move to non tech? Any suggestions or advice upon the above? Also please suggest me ways how to try abroad and which company does visa sponsorship ?
