Is it just me or do the figures in the salaries section on grapevine seem unusually low?

I mean I realise that the numbers we see in non-anonymous posts on blind/grapevine do not reflect the actual salary distribution because only people with high salary would post their CTC, but the figures in the anonymous salaries section seem abnormally low.
