Is it good to join LTIMindtree as senior salesforce developer?

I would like to know how the salesforce practice/service line in LTIMindtree, are they having good projects and how is the work life balance.

Will no suggest to join LTIM. Poor management. No promotion policy. People are sitting on same grade from decades. Senior management is leaving. Present management dont think its important to communicate with employees. We got to know about our delayed hikes from media news.

I suggest you to not join LTImindtree unless you don't have any other opportunity in hand. You can better try a different org. instead..!! No promotions & no hikes.
