Is it advisable to change jobs in the current scenario ??

There are a couple of personal reasons coz of which I want to change the job and city. I want to start interviewing in this already slow hiring. Should I make the extra effort for looking outside ?

Genuine concern but the point is if your priority is family/parents make it an agenda to look for opportunities in nearby cities.

If you get opportunity to do hybrid, imo that should be a plus point. It'll help you save on conveyance.

But somewhere down the line you'll end up either in Bengaluru or Pune for IT related jobs.
