Is India a Vishwa Guru?
Asking because the majority of population is still living like beggars and enjoying the hate politics. They talk about the golden period which happened thousands of years ago. But today we copy every app that the West makes eg Ola, Flipkart etc. The people who believe that India is now a Vishwa Guru have never went out of their underdeveloped town ever. What a joke

We are a vishwaguru. As long as this country is built on industry and competition, we are unstoppable. Whenever you let any religious fanatic take control of a country, capitalism goes to die.
Look at Iran as a clear example.

Iran is 1000 times developed than poor india

Lol

Of course not! And I think the claims are that India will become a VishwaGuru by 2047 which also I don't believe but yeah, can only hope for the best.

bakwaas..vishwaguru is an infantile fantasy for the bhakt gang.

Why these Tech forums are always left leaning and echo chambers?

Not now, but in years to come we would be key pole in world of powerplays.

What's projected out and what's the true reality are very different things.... We are at juncture where 90% of our households earn less than 25k/m We perform pretty low in multiple indexes including GDP per capita Most households in India cannot afford education and Healthcare in the private and govt services are just pathetic
We are stressed on our resources every single year and we are the top contenders to face water scarcity in very near future.
Hell, we can't even support agriculture right, our farmers aren't getting right price.
And you say this is left and all? I would suggest move away from this high horse and start getting real

👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

What’s the definition of vishwaguru ? Who’s the current vishwaguru? Once this is answered we
will have a fair benchmark of 2047 ?

India was an epitome of human civilisation during gupta/maurya/ashoka ‘s ruling years along with chinese rulers who are also old but indian rulers were more richer due to huge trade with kingdoms but now we are sitting at 21st century world and due to colonialism our country has skipped industrialisation and manufacturing altogether which is necessary for success in todays era. So only with agriculture and growing service sector we can never be vishwaguru just by soft power as we have to export our innovations and bring more foreign capital for prosperity. There is some push for manufacturing recently and if it grows and pulls put remaining population out of poverty that will be game changer but with advent of ai we are slowly moving to socialism

Yes you are right and there has to be a process to skip these and focus on career growth. End of the day that matters..

A lot of librandis in this chat. Casual MKG haters, India 3rd world country vocalizers and general crybabies who have never seen either the beauty or the richness our country has to offer.
They are too busy living in their ac homes in cities posting woke sjw BS online thinking they come across as the intelligentsia.
