Dunzo charged 80 rupees to deliver from a store that is 1km away.

I hope the company survives. I like the fact that payment from stores was handled by Dunzo itself. There is not a single competitor doing that

Last time I used Dunzo, delivery fees were really really high, and it took forever to find a partner to deliver. They are struggling with funding and closing down stores as well. Safe to say they are struggling.

First, they had a layoff. Some people in the leadership quit. Middle management people are quitting. They shut down majority of the dark stores. They are pivoting their business. They are out of runway.
