Is Cold Pressed Hemp oil worth adding to your diet? 🌿
I've been looking into cold-pressed hemp oil and wondering if it's worth using every day. I've heard it’s rich in healthy fats like omega-6 and omega-9, which are supposed to be great for heart health, reducing inflammation, and improving skin. Sounds like a solid upgrade for my diet, right?
But then I also read that too much omega-6 might cause inflammation, and it’s not exactly a miracle oil, so I shouldn’t expect it to fix all my health concerns. Plus, it has a strong flavour that might not be for everyone.
What do you think, should I add it to my daily routine or give it a pass?

Hemp oil is generally good for health but the taste is extremely weird honestly.

Do I get a high from it?

you cant get high on hemp products generally. it's a similar family as cannabis but only has trace amounts of THC.
