Is anyone actually hiring??
Like fr seriously. Does any company (here I mean mid-size/big companies which are not startups) even consider applications from their website/linkedin. I have talked to a lot of people, nobody is getting return calls or anything past test assessment.
I myself have been tirelessly applying to a lot of companies for product roles but since I'm a fresher (with some internship experience) no one has accepted my application. It's always either until an assessment or just "moved ahead with another applicant"
Genuinely curious, are there really any other candidates being hired or what. BECAUSE I SAW THE SAME JOB REPOSTED ON LINKEDIN 1 MONTH LATER.
Is this another data mining trick that companies are ACTUALLY pulling off as they say in Instagram.

The job market is pretty bad, especially for freshers. On top of that the craze for product management and product managers have also died.
Hardly seeing any product opportunities and if I do, the APM role requires years of experience.
So do expand your search to strategy, generalist, research etc if you are actually desperate for a job, then move to product roles internally. That’s what I did.
Also there are too many PM enthusiasts so the competition is fierce from mang T-1 freshers as well.
Yesss, During my research APM was entry level product role, now it has become 3-5 YOE role 🫠 btw I've applied for Google APM program, if you have any tips, would really appreciate it
