is anybody hiring a visual design generalist?

I am 21F, a visual design generalist having worked in illustration, motion, branding, social media design, and more. I have about a year of experience on paper but I've been grinding my skills for much longer having started freelancing as an illustrator in 2019.

i am looking to get hired at a startup that values good design, doesn't practice micromanagement i.e. trusts its hires with owning tasks, appreciates growth and upskilling on the job. No bars for whatever industry. Tech, FnB, SaaS, Finance, anything works.

Please let me know if anyone has any leads. Remote is preferred as I worked the past year at a top tier design agency fully remotely but hybrid or in office roles work too.
