Intuit India to US

I am joining Intuit IN as SDE 2. I plan to move to US in a few years and I wanted to understand if there are possibilities of moving to the US through Intuit. Maybe on L1 if not H1B in a few years?

I understand moving to US is tough everywhere but still wanted to check probability.
