Hi GV community,
Sharing a personal issue here but i trust this community số much that i hope i will get some good suggestions.
I have been dealing sexual health issues ( ED and PME ) , i am 26 years old, and it has put my relationship with my girlfriend almost to an end.
Earlier issues wasn’t even that severe like i was atleast getting hard morning erections and all but since couple of months even the morning erections have become rare and normal erecetions have become weak
I want to understand from GV community if anyone here or their known has dealt with this issue or have been able to fix it ?
Other details : Smoking - No Drinking - occasionally, not more than twice a month Physical activity- moderate, doesn’t hit gym regularly but do go out for walks and all

Can't say with complete surity but I am connected to the founder, he claims to have solved it for a good chunk of people. I guess, nothing wrong in trying out! Also, these issues are more mental than physical, start thinking in that direction too

You have to find the roots and address the issue. It could be anything from an addiction to a behaviour related problems like fear or anxiety abt that something. Try a counselling session with Therapist if need be. Before that Watch Jay stringer's video on Youtube he is a Therapist who helps address such concerns.

Personally I haven't face any such. We are in a journey of helping couples and ppl overcome such situations with spiritual and counselling guidance. So we used to refer to his books and videos for learnings. Hence I suggested you.

Any idea about kegel exercises? Are they really helpful?

Heard from doctor friends- Happens to many people. Go for doctor counselling , many a times psychological and stress related

What is your personal assesment about what led to these issues?

Include magnesium in your diet through food or medicine. Try patanjali shilajeet and ashwagandhaa as well.
