Do you all take preparation for job switch interview seriously? Or you just go to meeting to have casual conversation. I feel it's a big task to prepare for interview like we did in MBA colleges, doing cases back to back. I feel I have dumbed down and any preparation feels a big effort

Do you best. That’s all. Don’t compare. Work on improving. That’s it. Don’t look at other people, someone will always be ahead. My college senior is working with Elon. So what? I will do my best with the faculties I have. You have it better than someone else, so count your blessings and put in the work.

The way I see it - who's sitting on the interview panel is more important than the candidate sitting across from them.
