Interview prep for 10+ year experience
I would like to know what preparation is required for a 10+ year experienced software engineer.
The current role involves architecting, programming and managing a team for delivery but with no one directly reporting.

I recently interviewed but I am an IC even after 10 years (and plan to remain such). I do have lead responsibility but delivery is managed by Program managers at every place I interviewed as well as the current place. (All public listed orgs).
There is generally a programming round to assess technical expertise. There is focus on low level design. There can also be code review sessions where you are asked to understand a snippet and identify bugs.
One org had a program manager as part of the panel and they asked about challenges I face as a leader - we discussed priority vs schedule and assessing capability of the engineer assigned a task.
