Interview experience with Jar

Has anyone interviewed with Jar recently? The company has been hiring for the SPM role for the last 6 months (afaik). Are they not able to hire one or are they hiring more than one person for the same position?

Avoid joining at any cost. I had a friend working there and heard horrible stories. Most product managers have resigned from their roles. The product leadership is toxic and does not have any semblance of direction.

Its an employers market. They are being picky. Also pay might be a major factor

Well they don’t see it as an urgency. Also such posts could be used as a lollipop for internal employees

I know someone who joined Jar. The pay is shitty and below market; they low ball everyone. I guess this is the reason.

I guess no one is joining. Some of their Glassdoor reviews seem to be horrible. Also, saw on GV that they have fired a lot of people.

Then there is the funds issue, they haven't raised any funding from the last 1 year and nor are they turning profitable in the near future. See this:
