Hi everyone, I wanted to know how is the hiring going on these days on Data science space. I have been looking out for a switch for 3 months now, applying through various companies yet have only received one interview call.
When I see LinkedIn, naukri or other portal sites, there are plenty of openings in the companies yet. And don't get me wrong, I see folks getting offers as well. So, how is are things going here.
PS: in the one interview I had, I was rejected after the second round. They didn't shared the reason, but could be one of the things where I don't have on project experience with NLP and Gen AI. YOE : 6 years 4 months
