Infy Principal Consultant - right position? salary?

Hi - I have 16 YOE and current CTC is ~35L. Is Principal Consultant the right position to join as a lateral in Infosys Consulting? What is the median salary of a Principal Consultant at Infosys Consulting? I am into BFSI domain, with expertise in Analytics, if it helps. Thank you for your help.
