Infosys vs value momentum

Can you please help me out which one to choose:

My experience: 3y 10 m Current ctc: 8.7 fixed.

Infosys: 12.6 Fixed+1.4 variable ( senior associate consultant)

Value momentum: 15 Fixed + 50k joining bonus (software engineer)
