Infosys offer letter delay

..hi all My final hr round completed on aug 24 and I got verbal confirmation about offer letter. Till now I didn't received OL and status shows decision pending 5th time. One sent one follow up mail. They are stating pre- bgv and internal approval is happening. Any one has any idea about how many days will it take for internal approvals as my role is salesfforce developer

No..they didn't provided me..they said last level manager rejected..some silly excuses

No..at the end . Hr called me and told me management decided to not release the offer letter . The 3rd level approval got rejected. It was worst experience

You’ve to just keep bugging the one talent manager who’s number you have. The “internal”processes are slower than a tortoise with a broken leg climbing an inclined slope. 👍

Folks won’t move, unless you keep sending them “Gentle Reminders”. You should write more polite emails to the HR and the Talent Partner / Manager you can access asking them for a date.

Tell them you’re waiting on the joining date for putting down your papers before you’re assigned to another project.
