Infosys joining
Hi folks,
I am working as an automation tester. I have got an infosys offer but I am settled in Mumbai, but the Infosys offer I got is for pune location. As currently infosys is having hybrid with 10 days of office. I am currently working in TCS where I have WFH with a good project in hand. The TCS is offering me 14 + 1 lakh as retention incentive after an year where infosys have given 16.20 lpa package with a lead position. I am bit confused on taking which offer now. TCS also has shorterm (5days) onsite opportunity with my project.
Can anyone please help me whether infosys will change the location to mumbai after joining if I request? Do we need to complete 9 hours mandatory in office

As of now, we are requested to go to the neareast location only. But based on your project it may change. And we need to stay only 3.5 to 4 hours in office.
