Infosys Interview Process
I have had 2 rounds of interviews, technical and managerial, they have scheduled one more round with senior management but they have not showed up for the interview. Later I got a call from HR and they have scheduled HR interview. And, HR interview has been done.
- Does this means they have selected me even though the third round is not done.
During HR interview, my expectation was a little higher than what they have offered,I was confused a bit. So, they gave me the mail address and asked me to drop them a mail for the confirmation. The next day, I dropped a mail agreeing with their offer and asked for a joining bonus separately which we did not discussed during the HR call.
- Is there any possibility to getting rejected because of this?

Yep. The problem is that even though there is this amount of toxicity spread in this organisation and being shared about this in online platforms, TCS will get a lot of candidates. Because of this you'll be in buffer until they fish for someone cheaper. So basically you are in a waiting and weighing situation....
